Where Incredible Happens

The Toronto Rehab Foundation (UHN) launched its most ambitious fundraising effort—raising $100 million in five years—with just two months to go from concept to launch. The campaign, titled Where Incredible Happens, required a unified identity and seamless coordination across departments, managing everything from creative direction and copywriting to photography, production, and multi-platform rollout.

The campaign exceeded its goal ahead of schedule and became the Foundation’s core brand until its merger with UHN. Its success led to continued initiatives within UHN, including The Conversation Lab and UHN Nursing, both focused on education, recognition, and compassionate care.
